I am very sorry for your loss. I wasn't sure what Edna thought of me at first when she moved to Lanark Lodge? After finding out Edna worked in the laundry department at the lodge, we had a connection. Edna was a quiet yet very sweet lady. Your mother was very kind and I will always remember her for that. Thinking of you all and only wish I could be there. I have hundreds of wonderful memories of Edna so you all must have so many you could not count them all. You were blessed to have your mother with you for so many good years. What a strong woman she was. Everything she accomplished after her stroke was amazing and I am so glad she was still alert up to the end.
