Dunham, Lewis Gilbert In hospital in Kemptville on Thursday February 4th, 2010, Lewis G. Dunham at the age of 86 years. Lewis is survived by sons Cavin of Smiths Falls and John of Laguna Beach, California; he will be fondly remembered by the Dunham family and his friends. He was predeceased by his parents Carrie and Charles Dunham and his brothers and sisters. Service and interment was held in Ompah Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
