Eeuwes, Gary (Former owner of Greenacres Greenhouses) Peacefully in hospital, Smiths Falls on Sunday, March 14, 2010 surrounded by his loving family, Gary William Eeuwes at the age of 83. Beloved husband for 56 years of Mary (Brons) Eeuwes. Loved father of Diane Moxley of Alberta and Debbie (Guy) Beath of Smiths Falls. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Alicia and Matthew. Dear brother of Reinier (Co) Eeuwes, Dinie (Hein) Elshof and Fem (Jos) Domburg. Gary was the brother-in-law of Hank Brons, Diny Tonk, Dory VanDoesum and Anne Deleman. Predeceased by his parents Henry & Elizabeth (Van Schinkel) Eeuwes, brother William Eeuwes, sister Ann (William) Klein as well other brothers and sisters-in-law in Canada and Holland. He will also be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Francis de Sales Church, Smiths Falls on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, St. Francis de Sales Cemetery. In remembrance, contributions to St. Francis de Sales Church Building Maintenance Fund would be appreciated.
