Loved husband of Marilyn (Leach) Buffam; father of Catherine Buffam (Tiger Tanner) of Perth and Basil Buffam (Karen Tsuk) of Ottawa. Grandfather of Noah and Benjamin Buffam. Fondly remembered by a special friend Joan (Moorhouse) Kennedy, West Yorkshire, England. Bill was predeceased by his parents Dr. Basil and Aileen (Thompson) Buffam.
