Williams, Norris Edgar It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Norris Williams (a licensed carpenter) on July 3, 2010 at the Smiths Falls Site of the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital. He is survived by the mother of his children, Lois of Kanata, sons Stephen of Kanata, Robert (Anne) of Carp, his sister Iris of Huntington, QC. He was predeceased by his son Gordon and brother Ronald. A long time resident of Smiths Falls he will be missed by his many friends, hunting associates and Paulette Beach. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 112 Beckwith St. N., Smiths Falls on Wednesday, July 7th from 10:00 a.m. until service in the chapel at 12 noon. In remembrance, charitable donations to Smiths Falls Community Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
