I am very sorry for your loss. I only knew Lenora as Mrs. Umpherson. Although Mrs. Umpherson did not teach me in public school, she always spoke to me like I was one of her past students. Mrs. Umpherson was a very kind person and she will be deeply missed. Take care of each other at this difficult time. Sincerely, Kevin Carnrite

Michael, Jane and family : I am so very sorry for your loss .... your Mother was truly an exceptional woman, as a teacher and as
a former neighbour in Clyde Forks ..... going to your Mom and Dad's house at Halloween when we were all kids was one of the very best memories I have of being a kid ..... your Mom always made such a deal out of it ! As a teacher she made me compete to be a better student than all those boys .... I have only the best memories of your Mom ..... May your best memories carry you through
this difficult time ...

I am so sorry to hear of Lenora's passing. She was always a bright light in the school, the classroom and in our staff room. Always positive with great words of wisdom to pass on to younger teachers like myself who took her words to heart. The children respected her for her genuine concern for each and every one of them. I am certain she will be missed but her contributions to her students and fellow staff members will continue for quite some time to come.

Lenora will be missed so much. She could always make us laugh and see the bright side. She brought out the best in people and she was a hard worker and an amazing teacher. Volunteering in her classroom and teaching with her was truly a learning experience. She enriched my life. Thank you Lenora.

fun time's with lenora
Every Halloween we would go to her house to get candy from her. We would go over to her house to talk to her and just to be friendly to her. We will miss her calling us to come over to talk to her. We will miss all of our conversations with her. Every time we would come over she would have different story's and new news to tell us. She would make us laugh every time we would come over to visit her. Usually she would say come sit down Do you want anything to drink We will miss walking into her house most of the time and talking to her. She was sick until the day came where she just couldn't take it anymore. At least she isn't in anymore pain. We will miss her dearly. She will always in our hearts. We will miss her very much.
