Loved father of Dan (Joanne) of Kemptville, Lorene of Barrhaven and predeceased by son Rob. Dear grandfather of Annie Maxwell of Homestead, FL and step-grandfather of Meagan and Dustin VandenTillaart both of Kemptville. Brother of Evelyn Jakes (Lennox) of Renfrew, Elsie Brown (late Bill) of Kingston, Alice Haskins (late Lloyd) of Portland and Anna Boyd (late Charlie) of Merrickville. Brother-in-law of Barbara Code (Ron) of Orillia, Jackie Fairfield (Bob) of Smiths Falls and Rick Doig of Richmond, BC. Also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. A public graveside service will be held at Merrickville Union Cemetery on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at 1 P.M. A time of fellowship and refreshment will be held in the Blair & Son Funeral Home Reception Centre, 112 Beckwith St. N., Smiths Falls following the graveside service.
