White, Charles W.S. "Chuck" Passed away in hospital, Smiths Falls on Thursday, March 24, 2011 at the age of 73. Loving father of Chris (Susan), Donna Marie (Ron McLean) and the late Michael. Cherished grandfather of Nicholas, Matthew and David. Charlie was predeceased by his sister Shirley Wark. He will be fondly remembered by his extended family and friends in the Smiths Falls Community. Friends and family are welcome gather for a graveside service to celebrate Charlie's life at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Cemetery, Smiths Falls on Monday, April 4, 2011 at 3 p.m. Should you wish, memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Lung Association.
