Adriana Caterina Elvira Peirolo-Babin

March 23, 1933 - June 20, 2023

Our mother, Adriana, passed away at 5:30 am June 20, 2023, at the age of 90 years, born in San Remo, Italy.  Mother of Marcella Babin of Baltimore, Maryland, Catherine Babin and spouse Steven Levy of Rutherfordton, North Carolina, and Sacha Babin and partner Pauline Richards of Perth, Ontario.  Grandmother of Alexander and Kaia Babin of Smith Falls, Ontario. Adriana left behind her partner and soulmate, Doran Doucet of Quebec.

She is missed by siblings Carla Peressini and Riccardo Pierolo, both of Quebec and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, Armando and Angela (nee Anfossi), and her brother, Piero Peirolo.

Adriana worked for many years as a bartender in Quebec, as she loved the excitement of nightlife. She often talked of her experience working for Brigitte Bardot. She had an appreciation for fashion and boundless love for all animals. However, felines were her absolute favorite. She lived in Val Cartier for over fifty years on beautiful Lac Ferre, where she spent many hours feeding her ducks.

A private service will be held at Blair and Son, 15 Gore Street. West Perth, Ontario, on June 27, 2023, at 3:00 pm.
