I worked with Larry at the City of Ottawa. Larry was a great guy to work with and took the time to explain the finer points of the Zoning By-law and its workings. We had many discussions and laughs on our breaks. Was hoping to see him again when I retired and rehash our times at the Hall. I will miss him. Condolences to the Paquette family.

Our deepest condolences go out to Margaret and the entire Paquette family. Growing up, Larry was my elder cousin and I have many fond memories of times spent with him , Danny, Marlene and Gerry at their house on Richelieu in Eastview, sharing many Christmas celebrations together with our two families. He was so very well respected by all of us young ones and his sense of humour, his ability to tell a story and caring nature will always be remembered. Rest in piece Larry. Tom and Linda McNeely
