I met David during our textile days, working in administration while he managed Perth Yarns. While we all did our jobs, he made our work environment a little more pleasant. We all eventually moved on and manufacturing left Perth. Next time I seen David he was working in Office Business Supply on Drummond Street. Next time was behind the bar in The Crown & Thistle, this best suited David, always was one to tell a story, joke and never seen him that he didn’t make you laugh. We always wonder where those have went that was once part of our lives.
