Dear Bernie and your family, Carl and I are deeply sorry for your loss. Fran was a special friend to me and I will miss her and her e-mails. We often talked intimately about our emotions regarding the journey we were on. Having both our husbands with Alzheimer's, we found comfort in our friendship. I remember Fran as being a loving generous fun lady to be with. I shall always remember her and she knows we will look in on Bernie often.

I have been visiting Fran for the last 7 years for her birthdays and Christmases, and thoroughly enjoyed every visit. I shall miss her laugh and good humour.
