Bun and Family Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time and may this poem give you some comfort.
A rose once grew
where all could see,
sheltered beside
a garden wall,
And as the days passed
swiftly by,
It spread its branches
straight and tall
One day, a beam of light
shone through
a crevice
that had opened wide -
The rose bent gently
toward its warmth
then passed beyond
to the other side
Now, you who deeply
feel its loss,
be comforted - the rose blooms there -
Its beauty even greater now,
nurtured by
God's own loving care.

My condolences go out to all the family members of Sharon. She was such a sweet lady, and I would always see her at the rink either walking or watching one of the games. She always would have a smile on her face, and whenever I saw her I couldn't help but smile. Whenever she saw me she would go out of her way to say hi to me and talk about school or sports.
My condolences especially go out to Nicole, I know exactly what you're going through and how you feel because my father just passed away last Friday. All I can say is think positive, and just think of all the good memories you have. You will just have to take it step by step. At least now I know for sure my dad will have a friend to meet up there in heaven. They will both be watching over us from now on. Hope you and you're family get through this, it will be hard but she's in a better place now.

A Wonderful Lady
I've only known Sharon since August 2011, but when we met, we took an instant liking to each other - like we'd known each other forever. Her sense of humour, her kindness and generosity were second to none - she'd always go out of her way to help anyone who needed it. I had a health scare recently and sure was thankful for the emotional support Sharon gave me. I have fond memories of hot summer evenings sitting chatting, swatting mosquitos and laughing until our sides hurt or tears ran down our cheeks. She helped me plant a tree in my new front yard and if I happened to mention that my tree was doing well, she would quickly correct me and say "our tree" - every time I look out and see that tree it will remind me of her.
I feel truly blessed to have known her and will miss her terribly - she made moving to a new town a lot easier. To her family and friends, you've lost a treasure - keep her close in your hearts and she'll always be with you. Rest in Peace my friend.
