I just happened to learn of the passing of Rose. I was a neighbour of Rose on Foster St. and we often had tea together,or would meet at church. I had lost contact with Rose the past couple of years;but often thought of her. May she find perfect peace. To honour Rose I will do an act of kindness to someone in need.
