Marion Corlie Bothwell, daughter of the late Herbert and Margaret Spooner of Smiths Falls, passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at the Kemptville General Hospital, in her 92nd year. Marion was predeceased by her husband Stanley, two sons Roger Brian and S. David Bothwell. She is survived by her daughter, Diana Lynn Bothwell, her granddaughter Tanya Manns (Mark), Michael Bothwell (Bonnie), Christa Lane Cuerrier (Jean Pierre), daughter-in-law Anne Bothwell and great grandchildren Laura, Abbey, Brennan and Colin Manns, Thomas and James Bothwell, Hayden and Olivia Lane, Izaac and Xavier Cuerrier. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Pat Bothwell and many nieces and nephews. Many thanks for the excellent care at Hilltop Manor in Merrickville and Kemptville General Hospital. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 112 Beckwith St. N., Smiths Falls on Saturday August 17, 2013 from 11am until service in the chapel at 12 o'clock. Private Interment will take place at a later date. In remembrance, contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
