I was saddened to hear of Lyall's passing. Years ago, when I lived in Middleville, Lyall was a good neighbor always willing to provide, when asked, some common sense insight to a former city person about the finer points of living in small Ontario town. I'll always cherish those discussions and Lyall's encouraging comments. A smile always comes when I remember laughing with Lyall as we'd recount some of the often strange things this humble city person would do. Lyall certainly made life in the village that much more enjoyable. I'll miss him.
