Ward, Heather Norma 1919 - 2014 The friends of Heather Ward are saddened to announce her passing on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at the age of 94 years. She went quietly in her sleep at Perth Community Care Centre. Heather is survived by an extended family in England and Scotland and will be sadly missed by her friends. She was predeceased by her husband Francis G. "Frank" Ward.Heather was a veteran of WWII serving in the Royal British Navy. A private celebration of Heather's life will be held at a later date. She will be interred in St. Columbkill Cemetery, McDonald's Corners beside her husband Frank. Those wishing are asked to consider a memorial donation to the Lanark Animal Welfare Society.
