Annie and I lived within a block of each other when I was growning up. In later years we were in the same unit of U.C.W. She was always ready to do her duty to help out.
Annie and I always enjoyed chats on the street,when we would meet. She was also gracious in inviting me in for a cup of tea with her.
I was pleased when she moved into the lodge;that she remembered our friendship together;in spite of her dementia.
Rest in peace Annie. Your sisters and Max will be together with you again.
