I heard the sad news yesterday and my heart goes out to all the family members. I am heartened to see the pictures of Linda and the Ritchie girls at a reunion at Marlene's home not long ago. She was smiling, looked lovely, and of course, had that dynamite pie in hand to make my mother's day! She was a wonderful aunt, sister, mother, and grandmother. I am so sorry for your loss.

So sad to hear of Linda's passing, she was such a special person. My sister Lori and I had a wonderful visit with her at Marlene's a couple of weeks ago. I'm so glad we had this time together with Kitty, Arleigh and Tresna,it was such a special day for us cousins.

So sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. Linda was a wonderful woman and I know how close you two were. I have many wonderful memories of her when we were growing up. I am going to share a poem I happened upon shortly after my mom died and I have kept it with me ever since.
If I had the world to give,
I'd give it, yes, and more
To hear her voice and see her smile
And greet her at my door
But all I can do, dear mother
Is go and tend your grave
And leave behind tokens of love
To the best mother God ever made,
I like to think, when life is done
Wherever heaven may be,
