Moffat, Ishbel 1925 ~ 2015 Born Dingwall, Scotland Ishbel passed away at Perth Community Care Centre, Perth on Thursday, February 12th, 2015. She was predeceased by her husband George Moffat, sons Kenneth and David and brother Ian. Loved mother of John (Theresa) and Steven; grandmother of Neil. A Celebration of her life was held privately by her family. In remembrance, contributions to the Great War Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
