Sample, Stacy L. Stacy passed away suddenly at Brockville on Friday March 13th, 2015. Stacy was the loved daughter of Frances (Gill) and the late Fern Breton, cherished wife of Ken Sample and dear mother of Andrew, William, Samuel, Dylan, Kristopher and Kurtis. She will be sadly missed by her brother Darren Breton, all her family and many friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St W., Perth Thursday March 19th, 2015 from 9:30 to 10:15 A.M. The funeral service will be held in the chapel Thursday at 10:30 A.M. Interment, Hillcrest Cemetery. In remembrance of Stacy, those wishing are asked to consider a memorial donation to the I.C.U. Department of the Brockville General Hospital.
