I first met Phil as a client and from then on he would always greet me in the store with a smile and " What can I help you with today". Big or small Phil always had the right advice. He helped me sort out problems with equipment for my dept at the hospital and ailing mechanical/electrical items for my home. It has not been the same without him. I will miss him greatly.
