Wendelboe, Doris Elizabeth (Scott) July 8, 1929 - July 14, 2015 Owner of D & K Fabric and Woollen Centre, Perth, Ont. The family of Doris is saddened to announce her peaceful passing at the age of 86 on Tuesday July 14, 2015 at the Perth Community Care Centre. Doris was surrounded by her loving family in her final days. As a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, she lived her life with kindness and devotion. Doris and her husband Kai owned a successful business, D & K Fabrics, from 1970 - 1997. Doris' strong faith guided her throughout her life. She was predeceased by her loving husband Kai Wendelboe and son John. Dearly loved Mother to Ann Partington and Erik Wendelboe. Wonderful Grandma to Jeff, Shane, Brittany, Kristy and Michael and dear sister of Robert (Margaret) Scott. Doris will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, all her family and friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth on Friday, July 17th, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Funeral service will be held in St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Perth on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Lanark County or St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Perth, Ontario.
