Payne, Richard Herbert Richard passed away surrounded by his family, in hospital following a short illness on August 3rd, 2015 at the age of 71 years. He was the loved husband of Lea Rose (Landry) Payne and cherished father to Todd and Roy (Pam) Payne. Richard was the grandfather of four lovely grandchildren Kodie, Kayla, Karissa and Kyrsten Payne. He was predeceased by his parents Herbert and Violet (Mattes) Payne. Richard will be remembered and sadly missed by his sisters Barbara Hannusch and Mary (Bud) Blair, his nieces, nephews and many friends. He retired after proudly serving for 27 years with the Canadian Armed Forces. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore Street West, Perth on Thursday, August 6th, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 10:30 A.M. followed by a reception in the Blair & Son Family Centre. In remembrance of Richard, contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
