Love, Verna Verna Love passed away peacefully in Brockville on the morning of January 5th, 2016. She was born October 3rd, 1930 to the late Myrtle and Robert Geary. Verna had 3 sisters and 1 brother, the late Lucinda Burke, the late Shirley Joynt, Lita Foster and Pete Durant. She was married to Kenneth Love who predeceased her in 1973. They had 7 children, Joy, Rose, Connie, the late Dianna Love, Linda, Wayne and James. Having numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also named here is Andrea Mellroy (Sywk) and her 4 brothers who were close to her and called her grandma as well as her dear friend Robert Ireland. She will be greatly missed. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair and Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St., West, Perth on Saturday, January 9th, 2016 from1:30 until the time of the service in the Chapel at 2:30 P.M. In remembrance of Verna, contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
