Billings, Jim Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at the age of 58. Loving father of Tamara (Emmanuel) Daigle, Tanya Billings and Trisha Billings. Cherished grandfather of Shyanna, Thomas and Josephine. Loving brother of John, Peter, Gordie, Sandy, Jack, Barrie and Mary Billings. He will be sadly missed by his many friends and extended family in the Smiths Falls area. There will be a private family service at a later date.
