Rodger, Catherine A. Unexpectedly at Queensway Carleton Hospital, Ottawa on Tuesday, February 17th, 2009 Catherine Anne 'Cathy' Rodger at the age of 58. Beloved wife of Bruce Rodger of Middleville. Dearly loved mother of John and Peter (Crystal) Rodger; cherished grandmother of Robert Alexander Munro 'Alex' Rodger. Cathy is the daughter of Mary (late Leonard) Craig and daughter-in-law of the late Bert (Ellen) Rodger. Dear sister of Connie McKay, Cynthia (Barry) Ferguson and Candice (Wally) Yuill; sister-in-law and best friend of Sylvia Rodger. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her aunts, uncles, cousins, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces all her family and many friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Young Funeral Home, Lanark on Thursday, February 19th, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 P.M. Funeral service will be held in Trinity United Church, Middleville on Friday at 11:00 A.M. followed by a reception in the Middleville Community Hall. Interment in the spring in Greenwood Cemetery, Middleville. In remembrance, contributions to the Almonte General Hospital, Canadian Diabetes Association or Heart & Stroke would be appreciated.
