Yaworski, Anthony "Tony" Passed away peacefully in hospital, Smiths Falls on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the age of 53. Father of Denise and Danielle. Brother to Shonna, Karla, and Karen. Predeceased by his parents Wanda and Lorne and brother Ted. Proud uncle of Christopher, Natasha, Micalena, Mikayla and Brian. Our family would like to thank Jim, Laurie and the members of the Free Methodist Church for their love, prayers and support during his illness.
