My memories of Kevin was on the long road trips when we played for the Bluewings years ago and Kevin would have us all laughing with all of his jokes especially leaving Hawksbury getting badly beaten. I dont even want to mention the scorer. Great knowing you Kevin

My heartfelt condolences. There is not a grieving message that can express how much Kevin meant to me. My heart is aching. He will be truly missed but all that knew him.

When I saw the news about Kevin last night, I couldn't place him at first, but then Randy Gordon left his message about the 68-69 Blue Wings and it all came back. Yes Kevin lit up our long bus trips as well as practices and locker room. This was the Blue Wings coached by Jim McGlade, with Chapman, Jamie Publow, Greer brothers, McLaren etc. Lots of great memories. My thoughts and prayers go out to Kevin's family. RIP buddy.

So sorry to hear of Kevins' passing. So many memories of the big guy (Bear) from out teen years and growing up in Perth. He was always the life of the party wherever he went. I am sure that he touched so many lives with his humour and kindness (although I do remember him lighting me up in P.E. one day). I know that he will be missed greatly. RIP Bear.

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin for several years in North Bay on the North Warning System program.
Every time I think of Kevin I can't help but smile. His unique humour kept us all laughing, and being so competent in his profession made him a valued member of the team.
I'll never forget the many good times shared with Kevin. He had a successful career, a family who he adored, no shortage of friends, and was definitely the kind of guy that everyone wanted to be around.

Saddened to hear of Kevin's passing. I worked with Kevin at Atco-Frontec on the base in North Bay. I was flooded with so many funny memories of Kevin. A real character. Smart with a joke-a-day--generally off-color! A good person with a passion for volunteering for the hockey association. Kevin was good to me--gave me lots of laughs. Kevin was a softee at heart. Loved his mom and son Ian dearly. I am sorry for the families loss.
