Stevens, Glenna Elizabeth Peacefully, in the presence of her family, at her home, on Friday April 24th, 2009, Glenna Elizabeth (Mather) Stevens, at the age of 56 years. Glenna was the cherished daughter of Isla (Saxby) and the late Fred Mather, and step-daughter of the late Nelson Saxby. She will be sadly missed by her husband and best friend, David Stevens, her sons, Thomas "Toby" and Jeremy, her sisters, Anita (Kevin) Cotter and Lorie Saxby and brother David (Frances) Saxby. Glenna was the loved aunt to Amy, Mary Ellen, Becky and Sara Cotter, Laura and David Cardiff, Karen Saxby, Kelly Villani and Robin and Evan Saxby, sister-in-law of Elaine Stevens (Rick Cardiff) and daughter-in-law of Geneva and the late George Stevens. She will fondly remembered by all her family and good friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St W., Perth, Sunday, April 26th from 2 to 4 P.M. and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Funeral service will be held in St. Paul's United Church, 25 Gore St. W, Perth, Tuesday, April 28th at 11:00 A.M. followed by a reception in the Church Hall. Private interment will follow in Prestonvale Cemetery. Those wishing are asked to consider memorial donations to the McGarry Children's Trust.
