I just learned of Don's death, and am sad that he's gone. He was a great friend. As our next door neighbour when I was a teenager, Don was like an uncle to me. We had great times in cold duck blinds along the Ottawa River, fixing up old wrecks of cars that were my first "transportation", and learning how to share a beer and neighbourly chats at any hour of the day. He was a fine guy. My most sincere condolences to Nancy.
