I'm so sorry for the loss of your son. He was an amazing guy that I had the pleasure of knowing for the past 15 plus years. We all had many fun times together and lots of laughs. Linda, I'm so very sorry for your loss. I know your family is grieving a great man, as is mine. It was hard to be in a bad mood when Shawn was around. It could be his infectious laugh, inappropriate joke or general zest for life that would bring a smile to my face. When we worked together, I never had any fear when fights would erupt because I know "my big brother" Shawn always had my back......and then go right back to his cousin Carlton dance once the chaos ended. I was lucky enough to have Shawn as a part of my family for 8 years but what I feel most grateful for was him and Christa reuniting and he was able to meet my husband and my son. We had great times in the last year and made some amazing memories. Shawn, I hope you knew how many of us loved you and you are missed already. I know with all my being that you loved my sister and she loved you! You two were soulmates. Please watch over our family. I hope you have found the peace up there that you struggled to find down here. xo Christa, You are my sister and one of my best friends. With an infectious smile ready to share perhaps a joke, a story or like most occasion - some life moment involving friends and family who you knew he held closely. When Shawn would ask you if you have a minute, you always knew you were in for a McKenna minute. But I will always be grateful that I took that extra time to spend with this special man..
