McNaughton, Norma Marian, R.N., B. N. Sc Peacefully at the Hospice at May Court, Ottawa, Sunday, May 24th, 2009 in her 79th year. Norma was a kind and gentle lady, dedicated to her family and to her profession of nursing at which she worked part time up to the end of last year. She was predeceased by her parents Wallace and Jean (Wilson) McNaughton. Dear sister of Donald (Frances), William (Joan), Shirley (Don) Tennant and Arthur (Marsha) and the late Keith MacNaughton, Melba, Jack, Beverly and Alan McNaughton. Norma was also predeceased by her niece Sharon Wills (Tennant). Norma will be missed by her sisters-in-law Kay MacNaughton, Sheila McNaughton, Christine McMillan and by her brother-in-law George Tweedy, her 15 nieces and nephews and their families, her aunt Enid Parks and many good friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair and Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W. Perth on Wednesday, May 27th, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday at 11:00 A.M. Interment, Prestonvale Cemetery. In remembrance, contributions to the Hospice at May Court where Norma received such excellent care or Prestonvale Cemetery would be appreciated.
