Husband, John Grafton December 7th, 1931 ~ July 25th, 2009 Following more than a year long battle with cancer, at the age of 77 years, John passed on in hospital in Perth, Saturday, July 25th, 2009 surrounded by his family. John was predeceased by his parents John and Jean Husband, his sister Isobel Husband, his first wife Patricia (Morris) and his son John. He will be sadly missed by his wife Carol (Hawley) and family Mary (Lyle) Crystal and family, David Husband, Lyn "Linda" (David) Graham and family, twins Kathleen Husband and Jacqueline (Tino) Molica and family, his extended family son William (Michelle) Verner, son Stuart (Susan) Verner and daughter Leslie (Gerry) Caissie and family; brother-in-law William Hawley and family, Tillsonburg, sisters-in-law Jeanne Hornby and family, Simcoe and Nancy Brazier and family, Alberta. He was the cherished grandfather to Misty, Michael, Danial, Darren, Stuart, Warren, twins Nicole and Lisa, Samantha, Anthony and great grandchildren John and Robert. He will be sadly missed by his many friends at Branch #244, Perth Upon Tay, Royal Canadian Legion; Lawnbowls; Fishing; Ontario Senior Games Association and Canada 55+ Games Association; Rideau Mellowdears; Bethel United Church; many friends in his home town of Oshawa and area and wonderful neighbours. A celebration of John's life will be held at Bethel United Church, 1500 Rideau Ferry Road on Saturday, August 8th, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. Interment Mount Lawn Memorial Gardens, Whitby at a future date.
