Green, Eleanor Jean Frances (Lacey) May 7th, 1926 - October 8th, 2017 Eleanor passed away peacefully in the Almonte Country Haven on Sunday, October 8th, 2017 at the age of 91 years. She was predeceased by her first husband Bernard LaHaise, her second husband Max Green, parents Edward and Olive (Dennenny) Lacey, brother Edward Lacey and sisters Doreen Laycock, Beatrice Hall and Claire Tremblay. Eleanor will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews Jeffrey, Greg, Janet, Kim, John and Deanna and her dearly loved friends Mary and the late Mal LaHaise who were always there for her, as well as David and Lynne Duncan and the late Jim Hill. She moved to Oakville in 1953. Eleanor was the owner of "The Hub" from 1969 to 1985. Services were held privately. Arrangements were in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. West, Perth.
