HALE, Laura Co-owner of The Mill Store, Perth Peacefully at the Great War Memorial Hospital in Perth, at the age of 59 following a short, but courageous battle with cancer. Loving wife and best friend of Harry. Deeply loved mother of Kevin (Susan Anstey) of Ottawa and Derek (Candice Bone) of Vancouver. Pre-deceased by her parents Mel and Edith Raham and brother Bruce. Sister of Keith of Alaska. Much loved daughter-in-law of Pauline (late Bill) Hale of Perth. Special sister-in-law of Kathy Pow (Wayne) and Bill Hale Jr. (Chris), both of Perth. Sister-in-law of Sharen Tait (Bob) of California. She will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, relatives, many special friends and the dedicated staff at The Mill Store. Friends are invited to visit on Tuesday, September 8th, 2009 at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W. Perth, from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. A service to celebrate Laura's life will be held on Wednesday, September, 9th at 10:00 A.M. followed by a reception in the Blair & Son Family Centre.
