To Mrs. Beaulieu, Nadine, & Nicole (Beaulieu) some of my most favourite childhood memories are shared with your family in them. I will always remember Mr. Beaulieu as being so Funny! He had some of the craziest things to say & I still catch myself 25 years later saying them. He also had such great food. Just before Nicole & I went skiing one cold weekend in the 90s, he taught me that a grilled cheese is an excellent breakfast option :) one of my kids faves too! I wish you all well & I hope that Mr. Beaulieu's fun outlook & laughter continues in the future for all of you.
