Loved father of Jennifer Vinet of Toronto, brother of Peter (Joyce) Steele of Ottawa. David was a World War 2 veteran, retiring with the rank of Chief Petty Officer, Royal Canadian Navy. All services were private. Interment: Hillcrest Cemetery. Arrangements in care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Smiths Falls.
