Manahan, Alan R. In hospital in Perth Ontario on Tuesday October 27th, 2009 at the age of 77 years. Alan was the loved husband of Ruth E. MacPhail, dear father of Karen Anne (Al) Wilson of Airdrie Alberta and Brian Robert Manahan of Perth. He will be sadly missed by his granddaughters Bridget Manahan (Jon Clarke) of Smiths Falls, Jennifer Wilson of Ottawa and Sidney Wilson of Airdrie Alberta, the MacPhail family and his friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St W., Perth Thursday October 29th from 12 noon until 1:00 P.M.; the Funeral Service will be held in the chapel at 1:30 P.M. Private interment will follow later in Oakland Cemetery, Brockville. In remembrance, contributions to the Lanark Animal Welfare Society or the Cancer Society would be appreciated.
