O'Reilly, Donald Patrick Donald passed away suddenly in the Perth hospital on Thursday, October 11th, 2018 at the age of 63 years, after a brave battle with cancer. He was predeceased by his parents Michael and Eva (Hache) O'Reilly and his siblings Kelly and Lori. Donald will be sadly missed by his daughters Sarah and Elizabeth, grandchildren Austin, Tyson and Madeleine, Faye and his siblings Dennis, Steven, Patrick, James, Karen all his family and friends. Family and friends will gather for a service to honour Donald's life in the Blair & Son Chapel, 15 Gore St., West, Perth on Wednesday, October 17th, 2018 at 1:30 P.M. followed by a reception in the Blair & Son Family Centre. In remembrance of Donald, contributions to "The Table" would be appreciated.
