My thoughts have been with you and all your family in the past weeks and I was deeply saddened by Anne's passing. We had become good friends since Dallas had died and I shall miss her very much.
Thank you too for driving in from Perth to tell us the day of her passing - it was very kind and considerate of you.
As one of my Christmas gifts was a bottle of single malt, you may be sure I'll be having a wee dram in Annie's memory.
