I was saddened to read Rosella's obituary in The Intelligencer. Whenever I met or spoke to Rosella, I left with a feeling of thankfulness for what she had shared about her family's roots in Tweed. A donation has been made in her memory to the Tweed & Area Heritage Centre. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family in your loss. Sincerely, Evan Morton, Curator.

So sorry to learn of Rosella's death. We first met your Dad and Mom in 1977. Haven't seen them much over the years but always enjoyed Rosella's Christmas letters and photos. So hard to think that someone so full of life is no more but she will be long remembered by many. My grandmother was a Clancy and my husband's mother was a Dafoe. I've posted a photo from when we met in 1977.
