We were saddened to learn of Bessie's passing. We had planned to attend the visitation but were snowed in. Our family has many memories of swimming at the Tullis cottage and of our dad's stories about delivering the neighbours' milk to the Balderson Cheese Factory. A number of years ago,we had a lovely visit with Bessie at the Lanark Museum. Her commitment to preserving local history will not be forgotten. Our deepest sympathy.
