My heartfelt condolences to Clare,Dianne, Mark,Craig, Glenda and her wonderful grandchildren and great grandchildren. It was a privilege to know her, an honour to care for her and a blessing to call her my friend. She could brighten the dark corner of a day, and make the sun shine with her strength and positive attitude, but I don't really have to tell you all that, you knew it best. Love and hugs~. My heartfelt sympathy to the family. Mabel is now one of my treasured memories. I have a Bible I keep special names in and she is now one of them. I felt privileged to care for her and thankful I knew her. She had a way about her, one that made you feel better if you were having a stressed day, just her beautiful personality and cheerful attitude always made my day.
She loved her whole family. Mabel was all love. Some people you will never forget....she is one of them for me. God Bless You.

I have known Mabel just a short time through T.O.P.S. and was very saddened to hear of her passing. She was such a sweet lady and always positive. I had brought a tiny plant for our basket one night and when I won the basket I asked Mabel if she would like the plant for her room. She was so thankful and made sure to tell me how much she liked it and that it was growing. RIP Mabel.

Clare, Craig, Dianne and families: It was our privilege to get to know Mabel at Lanark Lodge. I will not forget her bright smile, kind ways and the way that her face would light up when she spoke of her family. She lived her life well and encouraged each of us to do the same through her role modeling. Thank-you for letting us into your family.
