I'm so sorry to hear of Stella's passing. She was a wonderful, caring person. I can still hear her laugh from the days when I worked at your Restaurant My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.
I am so sorry Theo to learn of your loved ones passing I remember your mom very well when I would go into the perth restaurant,you and I went to PDCI together way back when I went back as an adult student my deepest sympathy to you all.

The past few years must have been difficult for Louie and family. There is nothing greater than being able to care for a loved when the need arises.

I have lived in Perth for 31 years and Stella and Louis both took me under their wing and showed me that there are some truly amazing people left. I started out as a dish washer for them and soon started waitressing at the Perth Restaurant, those were some of my best years and I have them to thank. Stella was and always will be a very special part of my life. I can see my mom and Stella sharing many cups of coffee and long talks. May you R.I.P a till we meet again you will be missed.
