Greer, Jacob "Jake' Jacob died tragically on Sunday August 13th, 2017 at the age of 16 years. He was the cherished son of Angel Routhier, dear brother of Morgan, Joshua and Tyler Greer. Jake was the loved grandson of Nicole (late Roy) Allan and great-grandson of Gabriel Winter. He will be fondly remembered by cousins Teagan and Summer Routhier and his many cousins, aunts, uncles, friends and family from out of town. Jake was a well regarded student at St. John's High School, Perth and team member at the Tim Horton's on highway 7. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair& Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St W., Perth Thursday August 17th, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Funeral service will be held in the chapel Friday at 11:00 A.M. Interment, Scotch Line Cemetery. Those wishing are asked to honour Jake's life with a contribution to the Tim Horton's Foundation, something which was very important to him. Jake will be always be remembered by the many whose lives he touched in a special ways.
