Dear Margaret, We were profoundly saddened to learn of Frank's passing. He was a unique man, and we have many fond memories of happy times spent with the two of you many years ago,in Ottawa. We send our deepest sympathy to you, as his wonderful wife, his family, and to all who loved him.He will be deeply missed. Rest in Peace Frank.
