Marion was a wonderful aunt to me, and I can remember exactly how she would phrase things, how she would react to a joke or family incident, and how she thought ketchup would solve the problem of getting my cousins to eat their dinner (when they were young, to be sure).
Interaction among the Pulham’s - Norm, Marion, Sharon, Don and Gary was always great fun to watch and participate in...the Forrests had many wonderful days in Peterborough that also included Mary and Harry - Marion’s parents, who lived on an adjacent property after they left Brantford in their later years.
When Sheila and I visited Marion two years ago, she was lively, beautifully dressed, and warmly engaged in conversation despite not seeing us for a long time. She felt her parents and sister and brother were still part of her life.
I wish my cousins well, especially Sharon and Gary who have been deeply challenged recently, and I hope that life may return to normal for them.
