I am sorry to hear about Ivan. My heart goes out to Grant, Maureen and Laura in this difficult moment. Remember all laughs you shared and hold them in your hearts. I will always remember your dad for his smiling face. I started my very fist job at Medway Creamery when I was 14 and it was his smiling face that greeted me making the first day a little less scary.

Ivan was a very special person. He had such a big heart and warm smile that everyone who knew him loved him. Ivan was a true gentleman. Always ready to give freely his wisdom and experience. As a Realtor, he set the bar high both in the way he served his clients and in his integrity and honesty in his profession. He was always in high regard and esteem with agents from all brokerages. Yet many may not know the extent of Ivan’s generous spirit, such as giving out literally hundreds of individual flower gifts to business colleagues and curling friends over many years. Those of us who had the privilege of knowing him are richer for it, and he will be missed and remembered for years to come.
With fond memories and deep appreciation,
Doug Forde Royal Lepage Advantage Perth

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ivan for many years - he was one of the kindness men I have ever known. Ivan was an amazing realtor who worked hard every day to help buyers and sellers realize their dreams. In retirement he continued to drop in to visit us and attend our events always arriving smiling and often bringing flowers for the ladies- He is gone way to soon and will truly be missed. our sincere condolences to his entire family - may your wonderful memories sustain you in the days ahead. I am so sorry to read of Ivan's passing. What a wonderful man he was. I did a little sign job for him a couple of years ago. We had the nicest conversation the day he came to pick it up. I also had real estate dealings with him many years ago too. Condolences to his family and friends.

At some point I will want to celebrate my Uncle Ivan’s wonderful life, but today I am mourning his loss. He was too young to leave us and needed more time to be with his children and family.
I remember Uncle Ivan as having an unyielding passion for curling and he had an incredible sense of humor. He was the life of the party and could light up the room with his smile.
In his final chapter, he faced incredible adversity but overcame it with courage and strength. He also made some lasting memories with his children and family.
A heartfelt and tear filled good bye to a dear Uncle.
Love and Light, Sylvia
