Lorraine passed away peacefully at the Perth Hospital on Monday, March 1st, 2021 at the age of 94 years. She was the loving mother of Peggy and Michael (the late Lorraine). Dear grandmother of Scott (Tricia), Melissa, Kelli (Clint), and Shanyn, and the great-grandmother of Quentin, Serena, Will, Ava, Thomas, Justin, Shauna, Patrick and Riely. Lorraine was the cherished sister of Betty Gray and Earl Hough (Shirley). She was predeceased by her husband of 44 years Jack Mierau, and her husband of 13 years Tom O'Dowd, her parents Albert and Hazel Hough, and by her siblings Alvin and Doris.

The family would like to thank Dr. Robin Kennie, for his exceptional care and support; the nurses and staff of the 2nd floor at the Perth Hospital for their compassion and attention; the Bayshore nurses Kelly, Melissa, Carolyn, Rebecca and Randolph for their support and positive attitudes and mom's PSW Ruth for her friendship, compassion and expertise.

A private family service for Lorraine will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
